1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the pggame website located at pggame.cam (the "Website"), its mobile-optimised interfaces, or any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with pggame. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pggame employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are detected, pggame reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any wagers or transactions, confiscate funds (including deposits and winnings), and permanently ban the User from the platform.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share, transfer, or disclose your login information to any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and you will be held fully liable for all such activity.

You agree to notify pggame immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach. pggame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

pggame strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to enhance Account security.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pggame accepts deposits via various Philippine payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank), 7-Eleven Cliqq kiosks, Coins.ph, cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), and credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at pggame's sole discretion.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00), unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by pggame, though third-party payment providers may impose their own limits. Deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfers and other methods may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institutions.

pggame does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider or financial institution may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your pggame Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from any illegal activity. pggame complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of your funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Process

You may withdraw funds from your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) you have completed all required KYC verification procedures; (b) you have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses or promotions; (c) the funds are not subject to any ongoing investigation or dispute; and (d) your Account is in good standing.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00). Standard withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. VIP members may be eligible for expedited processing within six (6) to twelve (12) hours, depending on their VIP tier.

5.2 Verification Requirements

pggame reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Such documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID, or PhilSys ID), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (such as a bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account number).

Withdrawal requests will remain pending until all verification requirements are satisfied. pggame will make reasonable efforts to process verification requests promptly, but is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or unclear documentation provided by the User.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

pggame does not impose withdrawal fees for standard withdrawals to GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine bank accounts. However, payment providers or receiving banks may charge their own fees. Large withdrawal amounts may be subject to additional verification and may be paid in instalments at pggame's discretion.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Promotional Terms

7. Gameplay and Game Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the pggame platform are provided by licensed and certified third-party game providers. Electronic games (slots, video poker, virtual table games) use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness. 7.2 Game Rules

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Creating multiple Accounts or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation.

• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or engaging in money laundering.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

pggame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the integrity of the Services.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Account balance, subject to the completion of all wagering requirements and verification procedures. pggame is not obligated to retain closed Accounts or historical data beyond the period required by applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials displayed on the pggame Website and within the Services are the property of pggame or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. pggame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit pggame's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pggame, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms and Conditions; (b) your use of the Services; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with pggame amicably by contacting our customer support team. pggame will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within a reasonable timeframe.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, in a manner consistent with the original intent of the parties.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and pggame with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the Services.
